No support on weekends?

I have located your support issue and responded to it and have asked our shift supervisors to monitor it and assist you in any way possible. The issue you are having has to do with 3rd party DNS services that can get confusing at times. In a quick review of the ticket it appears that the technical staff were waiting for a clarification from you, but we also should have been more proactive in identifying this issue as a 3rd party DNS issue and informing you of such so you could followup with your clients regarding that issue.

I will continue to monitor the ticket to assure that it is resolved as quickly as possible.
