I entered a service desk ticket last night (Aug-17) concerning an issue I'm having with Webmail.  This morning I noticed the ticket is closed with no response or resolution to the problem.    What needs to be done to get this corrected?

Hi Jerry,

Thanks for your forum post on this. We have been replying to your helpdesk tickets on this matter however  we recieve a reply from your earthlink mail scanner and it asks us to whitelist ourselves by following a URL. We load the URL after we recieve the message and we are greeted with

ERROR: Unable to process Allowed Sender request.

We're sorry. Because your original message to the recipient is no longer available, we cannot process this Allowed Sender request.

It seems that your Earthlink scanner is not replying right away, so when the message finally creeps into the helpdesk the message has expired.

Please whitelist support@webhsp.com from within your earthlink account and we will be happy to work with you to get this matter resolved Jerry.

Not sure I understand what the email issue with sprintmail has to do with you fixing the problem but I'll take your word for it.  Your support address was whitelisted but not the one you used to reach me.  In any event, I replied to your email with a separate address for you to use which doesn't have a spam challenge/response on it.  Now that you have that, we shouldn't have to continue our troubleshooting on this forum.

To answer the question in your email, all of my email accounts are missing from webmail.
