Thanks for your forum post on this. We have been replying to your helpdesk tickets on this matter however we recieve a reply from your earthlink mail scanner and it asks us to whitelist ourselves by following a URL. We load the URL after we recieve the message and we are greeted with
ERROR: Unable to process Allowed Sender request.
We're sorry. Because your original message to the recipient is no longer available, we cannot process this Allowed Sender request.
It seems that your Earthlink scanner is not replying right away, so when the message finally creeps into the helpdesk the message has expired.
Please whitelist
support@webhsp.com from within your earthlink account and we will be happy to work with you to get this matter resolved Jerry.
