Neomail Being Discontinued

The Neomail webmail product is being discontinued. The Neomail software is no longer being developed and cPanel is discontinuing their support of it.
In the place of Neomail, we are adding a new webmail product called RoundCube. RoundCube Webmail is a browser-based multilingual IMAP client with an application-like user interface. It provides full functionality you expect from an e-mail client, including MIME support, address book, folder manipulation and message filters.

Starting November 6th we will begin converting all shared hosting servers to discontinue Neomail. More details on this migration will be sent in a separate email.

Shared Server Upgrades to PHP5

We are starting to plan the upgrades of our shared servers to support PHP5. In that regard we would like to request that all customers upgrade their PHP scripts to the latest version available in order to reduce impacts of this upgrade. Customers using cPanel scripts can easily update them through your cPanel.

If you need assistance updating your scripts, please open a support ticket and our technicians can assist you.

We will announce the schedule through our announcements section of your Customer Control Center when we determine a timeline for the PHP5 upgrades. You can opt in to receive an email when an announcement is posted through your CCC (Customer Control Center): https://ccc.webhsp.com.
