I'm trying to collect email sent to my catch-all domain, but I'm getting an authentication error when I try to connect.  The password is correct (it works fine when I log into my cpanel).  Before I go to the help desk, I just want to check that I'm not doing anything daft!

Here are the details I'm using, obviously with password blanked out:

POP server: mail.hoysted.com
Username: [username] without the '@hoysted.com' bit, since I'm trying to collect from the 'catch all' account

SMTP works just fine.

Any ideas?

Hi fredhoysted,

Those sound like the correct login details for your domain, this issue may be the result of the passwords not being properly synched up for the control panel and email account.  If you would be so kind as to either PM me the account password or log a ticket through the Customer Control Center (https://ccc.webhsp.com/) with this information and we'll get this fixed up for you!
