Help logon on

I'm having problem loging on to my cPanel.  When I go to https://austinstages.com/cpanel I get a "Security Failure. Data Decription Error".  This is from both IE 5.2 and Safari 2.0 on the Mac.  I haven't signed on in a couple of months, but it worked the last time.  

BTW, I would have opened up a CCC ticket, but I can't find the logon information.  Could someone send me this information to my email account (which should be the email address of record, since that's where the invoices are going.)

Hi Daniel,

There does appear to be an issue with the root certificate on the server, which will cause issues with any type of secure connection, such as email or the cpanel login. This is being worked on, and should be resolved shortly. Your patience is appreciated.

Hi Daniel,

The /cpanel on the URL does not work for secure https url.  You can use the insecure URL: http://austinstages.com/cpanel or to use a secure link use the secure port 2083 as follows: https://austinstages.com:2083. You will get a warning that the site is certified by an unknown authority, but it is a secure link.

To get your login to the CCC at https://ccc.webhsp.com, all you need to do is click on the 'forgot password' link and enter your email address to have it sent to you.  If you have problems getting this to work, please PM me and we'll get you taken care of.  I'll be in most of the day.  If you don't see this until after hours, just give our techs a call at the number posted on our contact page and they'll get you taken care of.
