We use e-onlinedata and we've experienced no problems with them. They handle the gateway setup with authorize.net and that made it easy to get up and running. We did extensive research, including competitive pricing analysis when we chose them and we haven't been disappointed. But to be truthful, since we have had no problems, we've had little need for support. What little we have needed in researching transactions has been good.
I believe we have a few customers that use them also, so will see if we get any other feedback.
Regarding the admin, are you referring to the Authorize.net admin? We seldom have to use their admin interface, as all the transactions are managed through our billing system (Modern Bill), but they do have an online interface you can use if you need to research transactions.
