Ripped off by someone you're hosting

I paid money for hosting at unitedwebhosting.com and they have flat out stolen my money and punted me off of their service. They said my account spammed and they have a zero tolerance policy for spam. This is a blatant lie and they made a false report to someone. If you investigate this, you'll find superfluous evidence they're lying and felonies are being committed by your client. I had not one single files on my entire site, ever, that was capable of sending an E-Mail to anyone but myself. It's a bullshit scam. There are over 10 websites hosted and well over 1,000 hours worth of my hard work. Please help me acquire these files. If I do not receive my files back, I am taking this to court.

Hello,
As per our phone conversation, your site was never hosted on our servers where we might have a backup of your data available. This particular reseller appears to have reseller relationships with other hosts and data centers.
I have forwarded your complaint onto the reseller for followup and hopefully they will contact you soon and will be able to resolve this issue.
Sincerely,
John Burns
